At PowerCo Solar, we are committed to providing high-quality solar products and reliable service. We understand that purchasing a solar system is an important investment, and we aim to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Returns

Customers may request a return for eligible products within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that:

The product is unused and in its original packaging.
The product has not been installed, damaged, or altered.
All accessories, manuals, and included items are returned.

Due to the nature of solar equipment, installed products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault covered under warranty.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact PowerCo Solar as soon as possible. Customers may be required to provide photos or details of the issue to assist with assessment.

We will work with you to arrange a suitable solution, which may include repair, replacement, or warranty support depending on the product and manufacturer terms.

Refunds

Once your return request has been approved and the product has been inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for returns:

Products that have been installed or used.
Products damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or negligence.
Customised solar solutions or systems prepared specifically for a customer's requirements.

Installation Services

Installation fees and completed installation services are non-refundable once the installation has been completed.

Warranty Claims

Solar products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims will be handled according to the terms and conditions provided by the manufacturer.
